Managing Partner
In the process of building another recruiting company from start and looking forward to when we hit our first million in production.

        revenues approaching $1MM in that company’s first 18 months.

Deputy Director for Planning / Project Manager
As Director of Branch Planning, I am responsible for leading the planning efforts for an organization encompassing 4 Divisions, over 200 vessels and 1000 personnel, supporting operations covering two barrier islands and 135 miles of coastline. I am also the Project Manager for a sub-contractor who provides a multitude of personnel, services and equipment.
·       As an independent contractor, I was hand-picked to lead the Branch Planning Section in
        support of the BP oil spill clean-up efforts in Mobile County, Alabama.
·       As Project Manager, I directed and maintained business development totaling $20MM per
        month of gross revenues while overseeing and leading a team of 23 personnel ensuring the
        continued maintenance and decontamination of over 100 vehicles, while also providing
        support of barge operations.
·       Developed and coordinated the plan for removal of 200,000 ft of boom, the removal of
        contaminated material from a 7 mile long uninhabited island, as well as the plan for the
        removal of boom and other material from protected lands and other sensitive areas.
·       Developed and executed a new requisition process that also encompassed ordering, delivery
        and invoicing procedures.

While self-employed for over six years, my business focused on Project Management as an Independent Contractor, Consulting and Real Estate Development activities.
